Cold weather morning

Cold weather morning

Makes me feel the wait

Cold weather morning

Reminds me of loneliness

Freezing air, frozen fate

The chants of despair and mourning

The only truth in the heart of the hopeless

Cold weather morning

A melancholic breeze revolving

With bodies yearning for a touch

From someone who can love that much…

Love this line, “Freezing air, frozen fate”
Being put on hold doesn’t help much, for you should always venture onwards 😊

Sometimes I’m running out of words to say. But poems like these warm my heart and at the same time reminds me of the time (and I still do sometimes) when I long for someone to fill a void in my heart that no one can touch.

Oh, Milky! You are so mean! Your comment is much more poetic than my poem
