Little girl

Little girl, I’ve never expected you to be as lonesome as me

You were always proud and brave… I guess you have to be if you are going to wait for so long

Silence was our mistake

Now we share the same burden but I’m unable to help

Little girl, don’t go away

The balcony is no proper place

Don’t sit there with your pink dress

You will turn your life into a mess

Little girl, now that we have become old

We have realized what’s wrong

Everyone that we loved is gone

But they still remain at short sight

Little girl, come inside

Mom is still at work

Dad has his own affliction

They are away by conviction

Little girl, make my hand

Together we will cry

Nothing will change but at least we tried

Little girl, do your best and let me send you a smile…

Aw that’s so sweet. Together you’re won’t be alone. But of course sometimes you can still feel lone even with hundred companions.

Exactly! That’s the idea, the mind, our feelings, our hearts are places on which we travel alone
